Calculation of strengths and weaknesses of the project. Breaking down everything into small measurable tasks to allow the project to kicks off flawlessly and affect its' progress positively.
Sprint
Work begins on the project's development. Delivering small measurable features to a small tester group and collecting feedback.
Ship
Project is release to live production and records are kept and taken to ensure everything is constantly optimised.
Repeat
Work on new features or hand over product if your goals are met.
